You can use the search engine at the top right hand side of the website to quickly and easily find various products we stock in our online range of medical and nursing products.

The stock status is indicated for all the available products shown on the NurseOClock UK site:

In stock
Products that are 'in stock' are available and can be sent out straight away. If you have ordered more that one of an item and we have not enough in stock you will be warned when you are go to pay for your items at the check out. The item that is not in stock will appear in back order. Once you have paid for your order, the products that are in stock will be sent directly and you will receive a confirmaton email once they have een shipped. The product/s that are in backorder will be sent as soon as possible. We will email you with deliery times within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your order.
If you have any concerns regarding a product that is noot available please dont hestitate to contact us.

Products with 'Pre-order' status are not available directly from our stock. The date in which the product will be back in stock is displayed under the product. If you pre-order a product we will have the products shipped in and then dispatched to you on or before the date displayed or within or before the time period stated on the website. We will also email you once we have dispatched your order with the delivery information. Please contact us first if you have any questions regarding pre-ordering stock and stock availability.

If a product/s is not available to send we will place those products in backorder. We will email you after we have confirmation of your order with a new date of availability and/or alternative products. If you have ordered more than one product we usually ship the products that are available directly. The products in backorder will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. You will receive an email once we have shipped them with the delivery times and courier information.

Engraving service

There is no extra processing time for the engraving service!! We engrave all our products in house and offer same day postage. For more information on engraving click here. Note that we post the same day if the order is received before 3pm Monday to Friday and that engraved products can not be returned.
