What are the shipping options?

What is the shipping time for a product?

If the product is shown as "In Stock" status, the product is availabe to be sent. If the product is not on stock, the delivery time depends of the stock of our providers. More information you about Delivery times and shipping methods you will find on Delivery time and shipping methods page.

 

How much is the shipping cost?

You will find all the informatoin about the shipping cost on the  Prices & Shipping Costs page.

 

I have not received my order yet, what now?!

If you have not received your order yet, probably there is a delay in the transport. If your order has been sent with a Track & Trace shipping, please check the Track & Trace  number to check the status of your order. If you can not find any information, please, use the contact form. We will contact to as soon as possible and we will solve any issue you have with your order.

 

I have recieved a damage / wrong product!?

We are very sorry about this. Please, contact with us via the RMA form and you we will answer you as soon as possible via e-mail (within 48 hours on labour days) explaining the best and fastest way to solve the issue.
