All payments are made through a secure connection with the online payment provider MultisafePay (Ideal, GiroPay, Sofort) and Paypal (Paypal, VISA, MEASTRO). This payment providers are strictly under the PCI DSS guidelines regarding about the online payments.

Can I buy on credit?

NurseOClock UK allows to pay on credit to companies, hospitals and other healthcare institutions.

Is the payment of my order successful?

You can check in multiple ways if the payment of your order is successful:

- Checking your own (online) account. If the amount of your order is debited from your (online) account then the payment through NurseOClock UK was successful.

- If the payment of your order is successful, you will receive ( within 20 minutes ) a payment confirmation email. Always check your SPAM/junk inbox

- If you have an Account with NurseOClock UK you can simply log into your customer account to check the status of your order.

How does a gift certificate / discount code work?

Your voucher or discount code can be entered during the check out process. The applicable discount will be processed automatically.
