How do we use the information we collect about you?

We obtain certain information from you while you are visiting our webshop. That may be personal data. We only keep and use the personal data that is entered by you directly in the context of the service you request, or of which it is clear that it is provided to us to process.

Certain parts of our webshop require you to register first before you can access them. After registration, we will save the personal information you provide via the username you have chosen. We store this information so that you do not have to enter it every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.

We will provide the data linked to your username to third parties if this is necessary for the context of the implementation of the agreement that you have approved, or if this is legally required. In case of suspicion of fraud or abuse of our webshop, we can hand over personal data to the competent authorities.

Handling your order

In addition to the information on our website, we can also inform you of our new products and services by e-mail. If you provide us with your postal address via the webshop, you can expect to receive periodic mailings with information about products and services. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please contact us at the address below. In our commercial e-mails, we use what's known as 'tracking pixels', which allows us to see whether an e-mail is being read or not. Based on this, we can adapt future mailings to better suit your wishes.

If you provide us with your telephone number via the webshop, we can contact you by telephone regarding information about our products and our services. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, you can contact us at the address below.

Our company may want to use your consumer information for new purposes that are not yet provided for in this privacy policy. We will contact you before using your data for these new purposes to inform you of the changes to our regulations to ensure your personal data is protected and so you have the opportunity to refuse.

Contact form and newsletter

Via our online shop, we offer the possibility to submit a query by means of a contact form with various fields. You choose which information you provide. The data that you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is necessary to answer and process your query.

We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link for you to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.


We do not publish your customer data.

Share with third parties

We can pass on your details to our partners who are involved in the implementation of the agreement. These partners are (also) based outside the UK and the EU. We have strict agreements with them to comply with European privacy rules. Social media buttons are included in our webshop so the administrators of these services can collect your personal data.


Our webshop makes use of cookies. We also enable cookies to be placed by third parties. 

When you first visit our online shop, a notice will be displayed explaining why we use cookies. Your use of our webshop is considered as permission of the use of these cookies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop. We have signed a processor agreement with Google with regards to how we handle our data.


We take strict security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. We take the following measures in particular:

  • Access to personal data is protected with a username and password.
  • We use s secure connection (Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)) which protects all your personal information data.

Retention period

The personal data described above are retained for as long as necessary to process your orders, including the warranty period. We then store data for a maximum of one year for statistical purposes. The data will then be deleted unless there is a statutory obligation that requires longer storage (such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).

NurseOClock UK reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is advisable to consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.

Viewing and changing your data

You can also submit a request for us to export the data that we use with your consent, or send us a motivation reason to limit the processing of your personal data.

To prevent abuse, we can ask you to adequately identify yourself. In terms of accessing personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. This can be found in the settings of your browser. If the details are not correct, you can ask us to change the data or have it removed.
