Warranty & Returns

The warranty period for products from , is listed in the products description. Should your product become defective during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or, if repairation is not possible, be replaced by a new identical product. If an identical product is no longer available, the defective product will be replaced with a new product of the same value.

Excluded from the warranty:
- the battery
- the brooch for attachment
- the glass
- the strap / silicone case
- damage caused by: water / moisture, negligence and misuse
- normal wear and tear


The warranty period for our shoes is half a year. If you have an issue with your shoes within the first half a year, please send us an email explaining the issue you have and attach a clear photo of the product .

Damage caused by normal/daily  use of the product, or improper maintenance of the product will not be covered by the warranty.


If you need to claim for warranty, we ask you to apply for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. You can apply for a RMA number below.
If the problem cannot be solved via email correspondence then you can send the product back to us.


If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought and you want to return the product, then that is possible  as long as:

- the product is returned within 100 days
- the product in returned still in new, undamaged and unused condition
- the product is returned in the original packaging
- the product has not been personalized

If you wish to return a product, we ask you to first apply for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
Any cost to return products is to the customer's account. Shipping costs you have paid when placing the order will be refunded also if the whole order has been returned.

Please note that customized or personalized items can not be returned.


All warranty claims and returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
You must obtain this number before returning a product. Returns without RMA can not be processed and will be returned at the shipper's expense.
